A jewel-like Chinese porcelain ginger jar hand-painted in the millefleur (thousand flowers) pattern: rows of tiny pink, blue, yellow and purple blossoms with green leaves over a lavish gold ground, finished with a bright yellow band and ruyi scroll border on the domed lid.
