H43 - Blanc de Chine White Porcelain Foo Dog on Plinth – Fu Lion with Brocade Ball

Blanc de Chine Foo Dog on Plinth

A dramatic blanc de Chine foo dog (Fu lion) in glossy white porcelain, striding on a rectangular plinth with one paw on the brocade ball. Finely modeled with bulging eyes, a curling tongue, scrolling ribbons, a sculpted curly mane and a plumed tail.

A classic guardian figure for a mantel, console or bookshelf, and a crisp all-white accent for chinoiserie and Palm Beach interiors.
